    1. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with you in Hickory. N.C. at a club called Cadillac’s I was working security. You came in and told owner (Rocky) your spotlight guy was sick I spoke up and said I had ran sound and lights for small bands you talked to me a little bit and said I could do spotlight so I did after show public were gone I found ripped drum skin and you autographed it it was stolen years later just wanted to say Thanks again

    2. I have attended both and loved it.
      I also met Skynyrd at a meet & greet in Orange Beach, Alabama. Talked with Rickey, got him to autograph a Blackfoot photo that I took of him in 1981. He is really nice guy in person as he is on stage.

He was playing a concert in Savannah GA I was in the front of the building at Congress Street Station in the early 1990s he pulled up in a black Limo walked inside and looked down at my Snake skin boots and said nice boots 👢 brother I shook his hand and away he and the boys went . During his solo Blackfoot he actually came to my home town a local place and we spoke after the show got his signature on a hundred dollar bill! He is one of the most down home people you could meet Blackfoots music made a bid dent in my life could not have been a better band to grow up with my brothers I ran with in those days !
