Waylon Jennings’s son Buddy has been hospitalized with congestive heart failure. According to a Facebook post by Jennings’s wife Kathy Pinkerman Jennings, he was taken to the emergency room earlier today where he was diagnosed and is being kept for observation.
The family is asking for prayers and good thoughts to help them through this trying time. According to Mrs. Jennings’s, the doctors say if all goes well he should be able to go home on Friday morning.

In a video posted on her Facebook page a very emotional Mrs. Jennings’s gives her update on his condition. Her husband is trying to keep things as light as he can by commenting on the hospital food cuisine.
It is very scary when somebody has congestive heart failure and it is life threatening but the symptoms are manageable for a long time if the person takes care of themselves correctly.
