The band has won more awards than you can name in a short article but they range from Grammy awards to Lifetime Achievement awards and induction into the Hall of Fame. They are southern rock oriented but have a huge helping of blues in the music they play. The band has had some national chart success and the top 10 song list is full of great songs.

This is a song that you simply have to watch the band play live to appreciate. The various renditions range from a little over five minutes to over thirteen minutes depending on how the band was feeling. It is a signature song for them.

This song shows the heart and soul of the band and gives you a great feel for where they are coming from. You can feel the grit and the heartache in it. It is a true classic for them.

The Band rarely had great national chart action but they had a huge following of very loyal fans that kept them going and kept record sales high. This is a good example.
