      • yes, yes he does…but who knows? If he won’t give up his taxes, he will never give up a physical exam!

    1. I think he’s crazy, but I also feel he should def have an independent psych exam. This jerk has his fingers on our nuclear bombs for goodness sake!

    2. He has neither! It is called Narsistic personality disorder! Please don’t insult my mother or sister by implying this man has Dementia!!

    3. I have always said that he suffers from some forms of mental disease besides what he has always been afflicted with, which is extreme narcissism. I am a caregiver to a family member with Alzheimer’s and I believe his affliction falls under dementia. His paranoid delusion of personal persecution and nonsensical target placement to blame and accuse anyone and everyone else for his faulty acts leads me to believe that he suffers with several mentally debilitating diseases. The fact that our government has allowed such an obviously and blatantly diseased individual into office and continue in his quest to destroy our country leads me to believe that our so-called elected officials are as diseased as him!!

    4. I believe he is at early stage of Pick’s Disease (Frontotemporal Dementia). The symptoms includes; inappropriate social behavior, districtability, problem with linguistic ability, etc.

      • I agree; but I’m surprised that this isn’t a more commonly arrived at diagnosis for him. Certainly, I think his symptoms tick most of the boxes for Pick’s (more than you list) but the real test is whether we are looking at a progressive disease, i.e. one that gets worse with time or does he merely have an abberant personailty.

Judging whether, for example, his disinhibition is increasing is difficult because the more you look for somrthing the more likely you are to find it; only when the symptoms becomes so severe that they are obvious to everyone can a firm conclusion be reached.

The normal course of the disease suggests that significan and revealing changes should be obvious within the next 18 months to 2 years.

    5. I am a retired social worker and I most certainly see signs of mental illness. Could dementia be in its early stages? Yes
